About Me

I’ve been a practicing dental hygienist for 20+ years and I love my work. The profession has allowed me to build lasting relationships with my patients and follow them through their lives.  In addition, it began to show me the qualities in myself that would, unknowingly, become the foundation for my future. I have a passion for building heart based connections with my patients and that passion follows me through all other areas of my life.

It was 2010, I was happily married for over 25 years and living in the city I love, San Francisco. We were settled into the storybook life we had built together.

In 2013 we decided to explore our dream of retiring abroad and spent the next 2 years traveling through Mexico. Little did I know that everything was about to change.

I began receiving very strong messages from the Universe, physically and emotionally, that my life was supposed to go in another direction.

This is the story of what happened when I chose to pay attention to & follow those messages.

So in 2017, here I am—single for the first time in 32 years, not in Mexico anymore, and on the transformational journey that I believe I was destined for all along.

Today, I am not afraid to live my life from a place of truth and intuition, even if I have no idea where that will take me next, because I have learned to trust the guidance I am being given.

Following my heart was the BRAVEST thing I  have ever done and my mission is to share my story to help others who may feel stuck or think they can’t make a shift in their lives.

I did and you can too!

This blog chronicles my continued journey from divorce  back to essence–a wonderful, sacred and  spiritual exploration through heartache, grief and fear to authenticity, healing and truth.

Here I will also share the experience, strength and hope I have gained during my recovery from the affects of someone else’s drinking. My hope is that others may find their own true path to acceptance, freedom and self love.

Join me and please feel free to leave comments on how you may be served on your journey.

With gratitude and love….
